What is MGM+?

MGM+ is a streaming service you can pay for monthly without subscribing through a TV or digital provider. Subscribe on MGMPlus.com or through Amazon AppStore, Google Play, the Apple App Store or Roku.

What devices can I watch MGM+ on?

The MGM+ app is available for download on iPhones and iPads, Apple TV, Android phones, tablets and TVs, Roku, Fire TV and web. 

Where is MGM+ available? / Is MGM+ available outside of the U.S.?

MGM+ is only available in the United States and its territories.

How can I get MGM+ emails?

We’re working on a way to let you sign up for and manage MGM+ emails. In the meantime, anyone who creates an MGM+ account is added to our email send list and will receive emails.

How do I create an account linked with my TV or digital provider subscription?

To sign in using your TV or digital provider credentials, please create an account on MGMPlus.com.  Once your MGM+ account is created, you will be prompted to enter your provider credentials.

Where is MGM+ available?

MGM+ is only available within the United States and its territories.

You can get the MGM+ app on the Apple App Store, the Google Play Store, the Roku Channel Store and the Amazon Fire TV App Store.

How do I log in with my TV or digital provider?

Log in to your MGM+ account. When you click “Watch” on any movie or show, you will be prompted to connect your provider. Follow the prompts. You can also connect or update your provider from your profile page under the Subscription section.

I forgot what email address is linked to my MGM+ account.

If you forgot what email address is linked to your MGM+ account, please reach out via our contact page - our support team will be happy to assist!

I need to create an account.

If you need to create an MGM+ account, select Create Account from the log in screen and follow the prompts.

I forgot my password.

If you forgot your password, please click the “Forgot My Password” link on the log-in screen.

Can I log in with my Amazon Prime Video Channel or Roku Channel Credentials?

The MGM+ app does not support linking an Amazon Prime Video Channel or Roku Channel subscription at this time.

Subscribe with your TV or digital provider

Please log on to your TV or digital provider’s website, or reach out to them directly, in order to add MGM+ to your subscription.

Subscribe through your app store

To subscribe through your favorite app store, simply open the MGM+ app and click subscribe.

Subscribe Online

Visit MGMplus.com and click the subscribe button to choose the plan that works best for you.

Why was I charged for my Free Trial?

If a free trial is offered by subscribing to MGM+ through iTunes, Google Play, Roku, or Amazon AppStore you need to have a payment method on file so your subscription can continue after your free trial ends. To avoid any charges, be sure to cancel your subscription 24 hours before your free trial is over.

If you see a pending charge on your payment method before your free trial is expired, this is likely a temporary authorization hold used to verify your payment method.

You can contact your subscription provider directly for help with billing.

I get MGM+ through a TV provider. How can I update my subscription?

If you subscribe to MGM+ through a TV or digital provider please log on to their website, or reach out to them directly, to manage your subscription.

I want to manage my subscription (including, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellation).

      • Apple:
        • Open the Settings app.
        • Tap your name on top.
        • Tap Subscriptions.
        • Find the MGM+ subscription.
        • Choose your desired subscription type or cancelation.
      • Android
        • Open the Settings app.
        • Tap Google > Manage your Google Account
        • Tap Manage Purchases, Manage Subscriptions, or Manage Reservations
        • Select your MGM+ subscription.
        • Choose your desired subscription type or cancelation.
      • Roku
        • Press the Home button on your Roku remote.
        • Highlight the MGM+ tile.
        • Press star (*) on your Roku remote.
        • Select Mange Your Subscription.
        • Select the desired action.
        • Select done.
I watch MGM+ with a digital channel subscription (Prime Video Channels, Roku Channels, Apple TV Channels) - how can I manage my susbcription?

We are unable to manage the subscription for digital channel providers. The ability to manage these subscriptions can often be found in the settings of your account with that platform but please contact your provider for further support.

How do I get a refund?

For accounts billed directly from MGM+, please contact our support team for assistance with billing inquiries. For subscriptions handled through app stores, please reach out directly to their app store's customer support to inquire about their refund policy.

I want to change the email address associated with my MGM+ account.

    • Click “Change” next to your email address.

    • Tap the settings icon at the top of the screen.
    • Tap Profile.
    • Tap Change next to your email address.
I want to change my password.

I need to change the billing provider associated with my MGM+ subscription.

To change the billing provider associated with your MGM+ account go to your profile page on MGMplus.com and select “Update” under the subscription section.

How do I set parental controls?

To set parental controls visit your profile page by clicking the profile icon in the upper right of MGMplus.com or by clicking the gear icon in our mobile app. If you subscribe to MGM+ through a tv or digital provider, your parental controls will be determined by preferences set on their website. How do I cast to my TV?

We have several casting options to connect your phone to your TV!

  • AirPlay - Tap the AirPlay icon while watching a movie to AirPlay to supported devices including Apple TV and compatible televisions.

  • MGM+ Cast - Choose your compatible TV from the MGM+ Cast screen that appears when you begin a movie or tv show.

  • Chromecast - Tap the Chromecast icon from the playback screen to cast to supported device.
How do I download movies or episodes?

Select movies and original programming are available for download. If a title is available to download, a download icon will appear on the movie page or under an episode title. Downloading content is only supported on our mobile and tablet apps.

How do I clear my history of content watched on MGM+?

On the mobile apps you can access and clear your History from the My List section.

On the MGM+ apps for Roku, Fire TV, and Android TV, you can access and clear your History from the Settings screen.

Do you offer content in 4K? Dolby surround sound?

We do not offer content in 4K or with Dolby 5.1 surround sound at this time. We look forward to offering this feature in the future.

When is my favorite show coming back to MGM+?

In order to find out when your favorite show will be returning, keep an eye on our Instagram, Twitter and Facebook pages.

Why are some episodes free to watch?

When a new original series or new season of our original series premieres, we like to make sure our subscribers and potential subscribers have a chance to get a peek at our programming – often an early sneak peek! If you’re a subscriber, you’ll get instant access to all episodes as they premiere.

How do I request my information be deleted from MGM+?

To request your information be deleted, please follow the instructions at this link. 

How do I unsubscribe from MGM+ emails?

We’d hate to see you miss out on the latest and greatest news from us! And we’d love your feedback as to why you’re opting out of future emails, but you can unsubscribe by clicking or tapping on the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email we send your way.

When I try to subscribe, I see my email address is already in use. How do I fix this?

If you get a message that the email you entered is already in use it means there is an existing MGM+ account associated with that email. Try logging in instead. If your account is active you can immediately watch, and if it is inactive you can subscribe to begin watching. We also suggest resetting your password if you continue to have issues logging in.

I’m not able to activate my device. How can I fix this?

If you’ve logged in to MGMPlus.com and are having trouble activating your device, it may be because the 6-digit code you are using has expired. The code is only good for 1 hour after it is generated. Return to your MGM+ app and refresh the Activate screen to generate a new code. You must remain on the Activate screen in order to complete the set up.




My app says that I am logged in, but I cannot watch anything. What do I do?

If your Subscription has expired, or your account is on hold, you can still log in, but you can’t watch until you subscribe. If you are a subscriber and you’re not able to watch, please check your account status with your subscription provider.

I’m not able to log in to MGMPlus.com. How can I fix this?

You must log in to MGMPlus.com with the email and password you used to create your MGM+ account during the sign-up process. If you’ve forgotten your password, reset it by visiting the log in screen on MGMPlus.com and tapping the forgot password link.

If you're not receiving the Forgot Password email, you may have not actually created your MGM+ account yet. Please visit https:/www.epixnow.com to create your MGM+ account.

Playback keeps stopping. / Video is not high quality all of the time.

Please check your network connection. You will need a high-speed internet connection that is capable of providing you with a minimum of 5Mbps of connection speed from our servers to your device. This should enable you to seamlessly stream movies in HD. Most often, issues relating to video stream changing quality are usually related to the local device’s network connection. If you’re still having trouble, contact us here.

When I watch programming, it plays but then it stops playing!

Check your network connection and ensure it’s working. If it is, try quitting and then restarting your MGM+ app.
